RT 250 Digital is a device used for Radar Therapy with continuous and pulsed operating modes.

RADAR THERAPY

Radar therapy uses electromagnetic waves in the frequency band of microwaves, which develop a heat transmitted deep into the treated tissues, achieving an analgesic effect.

Higher heating causes higher heating in tissues with higher water content (e.g. muscles and periarticular tissues), while lower heating effect occurs in those with lower fluid content (e.g. fat tissue).

In addition to the thermal effect, radar therapy remains high for about 20 minutes after the treatment and causes vasodilation, affecting only the capillaries and anterior capillary arteries.
